Step 1: Personal identification document verification.

  • Customers take clear, full-face photos of their identification documents, such as ID cards or driver’s licenses. Other identity documents that may be considered include passports, driver’s licenses, etc.

Step 2: OCR technology automatically inputs customer data, comparing the results with near-perfect accuracy.

  • Customers can modify or verify information if necessary. Additionally, depending on the service, customers may need to supplement with additional essential documents such as household registration books, transaction certificates, employment contracts, bank statements, etc.

Step 3: Facial recognition.

  • At this step, you need to scan facial images from various angles for easy system recognition. Many entities require direct portrait shots or video recordings for storage.
